Texture and Framing
Texture
In this first image, I use the snow covered trees & signs along with the windy snow flowing through the image to give a cold and chilly texture to the viewer while at the same time making my subject, my friend Trent, contrast all the white snow and stand out more
In this next image, I use the water from the lake along with the setting sun to give off a calm and relaxed texture to the viewer
Framing
In this image of me, I use the white pale walls from the tunnel as my texture and through using them it makes me, the subject, stand out and pop out more against the white background. I also use the pre-constructed tunnel indents to create a frame within the frame and I use it to center me in the image.
Here in this image, I went inside and to the bottom of a broken silo and used the top circular opening as a primary frame. Within that circle I also used the triangle connecting the opening together as a second frame found within that frame
Lastly, in this image, I had my friend take a picture of me standing behind this broken window in an abandoned farm. Using this window, I was able to create a 2 x 3 rectangular frame inside of the frame and was able to center myself.
